Final Sale: All sales are considered final once the login credentials or service details are delivered.

No Physical Shipping: As we deal in digital goods, no physical shipment will be made. Delivery is conducted via Email, WhatsApp, or User Dashboard.

Usage Policy for Verified Accounts

Customers purchasing Verified PayPal, Wise, Binance, or Payoneer accounts must adhere to the following:

IP Compliance: You must use high-quality proxies or VPNs matching the account’s origin country. Ruhi Store is not responsible for account suspensions caused by "Suspicious Login" from blacklisted IPs.

Platform Rules: You must comply with the terms of service of the respective platform (e.g., Google, Facebook, Binance). Any violation of their rules that leads to an account ban after delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Replacement and Warranty Policy

Check Period: We provide a 24-hour check/replacement warranty for most email and social media accounts. If the account is not working at the time of delivery, you must report it within this timeframe.

Review Services: For Google Map/Play Store reviews, we offer a refill guarantee if the reviews drop within a specified period (as mentioned during purchase).

Limitations: Warranty is void if the customer attempts to change sensitive security settings (like recovery emails) incorrectly or violates platform guidelines immediately after login.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in the respective currency on the website.

Ruhi Store reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

In case of a payment failure but a successful deduction from your bank, please contact our support team with proof of payment.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Attempting to "chargeback" or dispute a payment after receiving the digital product. Any such attempt will result in a permanent ban and reporting of the user to relevant authorities.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in abusive behavior toward our support staff.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
